These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any web design, development or related engagement with VIYANWEB ("we", "us", "our").

1. Proposals & Quotes

Package pricing shown on this site (Starter, Business, Premium) is indicative. Final quotes are confirmed in writing after we understand your specific requirements, and may vary based on scope, content volume and custom functionality.

2. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines quoted (such as 3 or 5 days) apply once all content, images and approvals are provided on time. Delays in content delivery or feedback extend the timeline accordingly.

3. Payments

Projects proceed on a milestone-based payment schedule agreed in writing before work begins. Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing government regulations.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as listed in the pricing section. Additional revisions beyond that scope may be quoted separately.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Design concepts and code developed for your project remain the property of VIYANWEB until full payment is received, after which ownership and usage rights transfer to you for your own business use.

6. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services

Where we set up hosting, domain registration or business email on your behalf, those services are governed by the respective third-party provider's own terms (for example Hostinger or Cloudflare), and renewal is your responsibility unless a maintenance plan states otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution during design and development, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the value of the specific service concerned, as permitted under applicable Indian law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
